Hard Truths
Hard Truths: Pansy, portrayed by Marianne Jean-Baptiste, is a lady who is plagued by grief, terrified, and prone to angry outbursts directed at her husband, son, and everybody else who looks in her direction. Her laid-back younger sister, played by Michele Austin (Another Year), is a single mother whose life is as dissimilar from Pansy’s as their divergent temperaments. Despite this, her life is full of shared warmth from both her girls and her salon patrons.
